Key Responsibilities

The Computer and Information Systems Manager will direct the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology infrastructure, including network systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols. You will collaborate with department heads to ensure technology solutions support organizational objectives, manage a team of IT professionals, and oversee budgeting and vendor relationships. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports for executive leadership, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to provide competitive advantages.

You will supervise a team of 18 IT professionals, coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, and lead the migration of legacy applications to modern micro‑service architectures. Additionally, you will establish service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with at least 7 years of progressive experience in IT management. Proven success in leading cross‑functional teams, managing multi‑site technology projects, and implementing large‑scale system upgrades is essential. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are critical. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are highly regarded.

Salary Range
