About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of networks, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts, including risk assessments, incident response planning, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and KPIs.
• Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Prepare budget forecasts, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology projects (cloud migrations, ERP implementations, infrastructure upgrades).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, virtualization, storage solutions, and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
