About the Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead our technology operations and infrastructure. As a fully remote position, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while overseeing our organization’s computing systems, network security, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive IT management experience. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in network infrastructure management, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cybersecurity protocols, and experience with virtualization technologies. Strong understanding of database management, enterprise software solutions, and disaster recovery planning is essential.

Soft Skills

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You must be adept at managing remote teams, presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and making strategic decisions under pressure. Strong project management skills are crucial.
