Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Strategic IT Leadership

Infrastructure & Security Management

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of complex cloud-based networks and server infrastructures.
• Establish and enforce rigorous cybersecurity frameworks to protect company and client data from evolving threats.
• Direct disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols to ensure seamless operations during outages.

Team Management & Optimization

• Mentor and manage a distributed team of IT specialists, systems administrators, and developers.
• Establish KPIs for technical performance and implement continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership or management capacity.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, distributed IT infrastructures and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC2).

Technical Skills & Education
