Salary Range: $95,000 – $140,000 USD/year

About the Role

As a Commissioning Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful initialization and validation of critical systems across our organization. You will coordinate seamlessly with engineering teams, external contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure that all equipment and processes meet rigorous safety and operational standards. Your expertise will guide complex projects from the initial planning phase through to final handover, minimizing system downtime and maximizing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

System Validation & Testing

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive commissioning plans, ensuring all systems are thoroughly tested, validated, and calibrated against exact design specifications.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and internal engineers, to resolve commissioning issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring project timelines are always met.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain comprehensive and meticulous records of all commissioning activities, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and organizational standards.

Requirements

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field is required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commissioning or project management within a relevant industry is essential.

Technical Proficiency

Demonstrated expertise in commissioning software, advanced project management tools, and industry-specific standards. Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.

Soft Skills

Exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fully remote working setting.
