Salary and Compensation

Estimated Salary Range: $135,0 actually, $135,000 – $175,000 USD per year

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed commissioning protocols and testing procedures tailored to specific project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site contractors to ensure all commissioning activities align with the master project schedule.
• Lead the documentation process, ensuring all test results, checklists, and compliance certificates are meticulously recorded and submitted.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and implement rapid-response troubleshooting strategies to prevent project delays.
• Conduct remote technical reviews of site data, sensor readings, and system performance metrics to validate operational integrity.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party subsystems into the primary project framework.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commissioning, systems engineering, or large-scale project management within the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track track record of leading commissioning phases for multi-million dollar projects.
• Expertise in managing complex technical documentation and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related technical field).
