About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the planning, execution, and close‑out of commissioning activities for large‑scale industrial and commercial projects. What You’ll Do
Commissioning Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, define test procedures, and establish acceptance criteria aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between design teams, construction managers, and operations staff to ensure seamless handover and rapid issue resolution.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Oversee the creation and maintenance of commissioning records, punch‑list tracking, and final turnover packages, guaranteeing traceability and audit readiness.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) strongly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive commissioning experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or manager capacity on projects valued over $50 M.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, and CMMS platforms; advanced knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and ISO 9001 standards; strong command of project‑management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
