About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and scheduling guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance checks throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
• Generate detailed commissioning reports, tracking progress against milestones and budget constraints.
• Implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve commissioning efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA standards related to commissioning activities.
• Proficient in commissioning software (e.g., Intergraph, Primavera) and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
