About the Role
As our Remote Commissioning Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader responsible for coordinating and executing commissioning activities for industrial projects—without leaving your home office. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for multi-site industrial projects
- Coordinate virtual pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with on-site teams through advanced digital collaboration tools
- Review design documents, P&IDs, and technical specifications to ensure commissioning readiness
- Conduct remote witness testing and validation of equipment and systems

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in industrial commissioning, startup, or project management roles
- Strong background in power generation, oil & gas, chemical processing, or manufacturing facilities
- Proficiency with commissioning software tools and digital collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead virtual teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) preferred
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCMP, or equivalent are highly valued
- Knowledge of industry standards including ASME, NFPA, and OSHA regulations
