Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in equipment commissioning and project management within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related technical field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in equipment commissioning, startup, or field engineering roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing commissioning projects with values exceeding $1M
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, PLC systems, and process controls
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
  • Proficiency with commissioning software tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (approximately 25-40% travel)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, or oil and gas industries
  • Knowledge of FDA, GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, CPMP, or PMP
  • Background in validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation

Salary Range & Compensation
