About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, construction, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commissioning projects worth $10M+ from initiation through final handover.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning methodologies, commissioning management software, and project tracking tools.
• Experience managing remote teams and utilizing digital collaboration platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with experience managing diverse, distributed teams.
• Outstanding communication skills — both written and verbal — capable of presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
