About the Role

As a Remote Commissioning Manager, you will develop commissioning plans, lead teams, and ensure systems meet performance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate commissioning teams and subcontractors.
• Perform remote and on-site system testing and performance verification.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Train operating staff on new systems and provide ongoing support.
• Continuously improve commissioning processes for efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the development of commissioning standards and best practices.

You will be the main point of contact for commissioning activities, driving projects to successful completion while meeting time and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commissioning, startup, or plant operations (power, manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage remote teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with commissioning software, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Salary Range
