Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage detailed commissioning procedures and checklists for large-scale industrial assets.
• Coordinate with onsite contractors and engineers via high-level digital communication platforms to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Oversee the testing and validation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure full operational integrity.
• Identify technical discrepancies and lead root-cause analysis to implement immediate, effective corrective actions.
• Manage technical documentation, including commissioning reports, punch lists, and handover packages for final client acceptance.

Salary and Compensation

Salary Range: $135,000 – $175,000 USD/year

Technical Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex commissioning phases for renewable energy, oil and gas, or large-scale utility projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of industry safety standards (OSHA, IEC, or equivalent) and regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of SCADA, PLC systems, and automated control logic.
