About the Role

You will lead the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices architectures, optimize cloud spend through intelligent automation, and ensure our global infrastructure remains lightning-fast and impenetrable. You will collaborate directly with DevOps engineers, security specialists, and product owners to ensure our infrastructure evolves as fast as our ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to support high-traffic applications.
• Lead the transition from monolithic architectures to microservices and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and implement robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans to ensure zero downtime.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs through rigorous monitoring, rightsizing, and automated scaling policies.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust security models and ensure compliance with global data protection standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across distributed, multi-timezone teams.

Requirements

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who possesses both deep theoretical knowledge and hands-on mastery of cloud ecosystems. You should be a problem-solver by nature and a communicator by necessity.

Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 4 years focused specifically on cloud-native design.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Proven experience managing container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes and Amazon EKS/ECS.
• Strong command of scripting languages including Python, Go, or Bash for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies to streamline deployment cycles.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range

$145,000 – $195,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and technical expertise)
