About the Role

As a Remote Cloud Solutions Architect, you won’t just be managing servers; you will be the master blueprint designer for our entire digital infrastructure. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business objectives and technical execution. You will work closely with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to architect, migrate, and optimize complex cloud environments that are resilient, secure, and cost-effective.

This is a 100% remote position, offering you the freedom to work from your preferred home office while collaborating with a world-class team of engineers. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud architecture, from initial concept and prototyping to deployment and continuous optimization. Salary Range

$145,0 actually0 – $185,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and technical expertise)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead cloud migration strategies, moving legacy workloads to modern, containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure repeatable and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust architectures and robust identity management protocols.
• Optimize cloud spend by conducting regular cost-analysis and implementing auto-scaling and resource-tagging strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps and Cloud Engineers.
• Conduct deep-dive architectural reviews to identify bottlenecks and implement performance tuning.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Cloud Architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, VPC configuration, Load Balancing, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes and Amazon ECS.
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Google Professional Cloud Architect are highly preferred.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
