About the Role

You will manage a caseload of diverse clients, utilizing secure video platforms to deliver high‑quality psychotherapy while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Salary Range

$80,000 – $110,000 USD per year (based on experience, licensure, and client volume). Compensation includes a base salary plus performance‑linked bonuses tied to client outcomes and satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current, active licensure to practice psychology in at least one U.S. state (additional state licensures preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of post‑licensure clinical experience providing individual, couples, or group therapy.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me, SimplePractice) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, including familiarity with DSM‑5‑TR and ICD‑10 coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a client‑centered, culturally sensitive approach.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and practice self‑care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

• Conduct intake interviews, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations via secure video.
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in empirically supported modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, etc.).
• Provide weekly therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and follow‑up care as needed.
• Document progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge summaries in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision groups.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities, workshops, and conferences funded by the employer.
