About the Role

This full‑time, 100% remote position places you at the heart of our project delivery team. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects ranging from highways and bridges to water treatment plants. Working closely with project managers, architects, and field crews, you’ll translate client needs into safe, sustainable, and cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed design drawings and specifications using Revit, Civil 3D, and other industry software.
• Performing structural calculations, load analyses, and material selection to meet local and national codes.
• Preparing cost estimates, schedules, and value engineering proposals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams through virtual meetings, BIM coordination sessions, and real‑time project dashboards.
• Conducting site inspections virtually where possible, and providing guidance to onsite contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in civil design and construction management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in your jurisdiction is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
• Experience with BIM workflows and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards such as LEED, WELL, or Green Star.
