About the Role

Alpha Engineering Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to lead design, analysis, and project management for transportation and water resources initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, and 4+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure design. Proficiency in GIS, BIM, and structural analysis tools is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree and possess a valid PE license in at least one U.S. state. Experience with federal and state transportation projects, as well as familiarity with AASHTO standards, is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is required.
