Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Design & Analysis

• Perform complex hydraulic and hydrologic calculations to ensure environmental compliance.
• Create comprehensive technical specifications and cost estimates for large-scale municipal projects.

Project Management

• Coordinate with stakeholders via Zoom and Slack to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Review contractor submittals and provide remote technical guidance to field teams.
• Manage the permitting process with local Texas municipalities and state agencies.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews on all engineering drawings.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and local zoning laws.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
