About the Role

What You Will Do

Salary Range

We believe in compensating our talent fairly and transparently. For this full-time, remote position, the estimated salary range is $75,000 – $105,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on your experience, technical proficiency, and geographic market considerations.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field is strictly required. Candidates must possess an active Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the highest professional standards and ethical practices. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in civil engineering design, project management, or public works is highly necessary to succeed in this role.

Technical Proficiencies

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit is absolutely mandatory for daily operations. You should have a deep, working understanding of structural analysis software and municipal design standards to produce accurate technical deliverables.
