Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in background investigations, law enforcement, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with investigation tools like Accurint, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
