About the Role

You’ll collaborate with compliance teams, client executives, and partner agencies to deliver clear, actionable intelligence on demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed background investigations for corporate clients, covering employment history, criminal records, financial status, and online footprints.
• Utilize proprietary databases, open‑source intelligence (OSINT) tools, and advanced search techniques to gather evidence.
• Compile comprehensive reports, complete with citations, risk ratings, and executive summaries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and state privacy laws.
• Work independently while participating in weekly virtual team huddles and client briefings.
• Continuously update knowledge of investigative technologies, cybersecurity trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Must‑Haves

• Minimum of 2 years experience in background investigations, compliance, or related field.
• Proficient with OSINT platforms (e.g., Maltego, Shodan, Pipl) and data‑analysis software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex findings in simple terms.
