About the Role

As a Remote Attorney at Apex Legal Solutions, you will serve as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals nationwide. You will manage a varied caseload, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings—all from the comfort of your home office. Core Responsibilities

Client Counseling & Strategy

Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, contract risk, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Develop tailored solutions that align with each client’s business objectives.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Handle pre‑litigation negotiations, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and represent clients in arbitration, mediation, and state or federal court hearings.

Compliance & Risk Management

Conduct legal audits, design compliance programs, and advise on emerging regulations affecting clients in technology, healthcare, finance, and consumer goods sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Licensure

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multi‑state admission a plus).

Experience

Minimum 4 years of post‑graduate legal practice, with a demonstrated track record in commercial litigation, transactional work, or regulatory counseling. Experience managing remote client relationships is highly valued.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced competency with cloud‑based case management platforms (e.g., Clio, MyCase), e‑discovery tools, secure video conferencing, and document automation software. Strong written and oral communication skills for virtual collaboration.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $165,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience, specialization, and bar admissions).
