Remote Attorney – Join a Dynamic Legal Team from Anywhere

We are seeking a skilled Attorney to provide expert legal counsel, draft and review contracts, and represent our clients in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment. About the Role

As a Remote Attorney, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely legal solutions, mitigate risk, and support strategic initiatives. You’ll manage a diverse caseload ranging from corporate compliance and intellectual property to employment law and dispute resolution, all while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience and jurisdiction).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with evolving regulations and case law.
• Represent the organization in negotiations, mediations, and, when necessary, litigation.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risk.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative virtual workplace.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; additional admissions are a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of attorney experience, preferably in a corporate or law‑firm setting.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple matters in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using video conferencing, cloud‑based collaboration tools, and secure file‑sharing.
