About the Role

As a Remote Attorney, you will serve as the primary legal representative for a diverse portfolio of clients across Florida. You will handle cases independently while collaborating with a supportive network of paralegals, legal assistants, and senior counsel through our secure virtual platform. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate a caseload spanning family law, civil disputes, estate planning, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in virtual mediations and remote court hearings.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
