Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Strategy

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to build winning arguments and strategies for diverse civil and corporate cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, and legal briefs with a high attention to detail.
• Manage a dedicated caseload from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.

Client Advocacy

• Lead virtual consultations to assess client needs and provide actionable legal advice.
• Represent the firm and its clients in remote depositions, mediations, and court appearances via digital platforms.
• Maintain a high standard of professional ethics and client confidentiality at all times.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Collaborate with a distributed team of paralegals and senior partners using cloud-based practice management software.
• Ensure all filings and procedures comply with Texas state laws and federal regulations.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas).
