Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage, mentor, and inspire department heads and remote team leads, ensuring tight alignment on priorities and performance standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day virtual operations including project management, resource allocation, and process standardization across sales, support, and fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L oversight, forecasting, and budget management for multi-location or virtual organizations.
  • Elite written and verbal communication skills; you must confidently influence stakeholders, conduct virtual presentations, and draft executive-level reports.
  • High-speed internet, a dedicated home office, and the flexibility to work effectively across Eastern and Pacific time zones as business needs arise.

Compensation & Benefits
