About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute annual operational plans, KPIs, and budget frameworks that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Directly manage, mentor, and inspire department heads and remote team leads, ensuring tight alignment on priorities and performance standards.
• Oversee day-to-day virtual operations including project management, resource allocation, and process standardization across sales, support, and fulfillment.
• Analyze operational data and market trends to identify bottlenecks, mitigate risk, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in real time.
• Champion company culture by leading remote engagement initiatives, virtual training programs, and cross-departmental collaboration sprints.
• Act as the executive escalation point for complex client or vendor issues, representing leadership with professionalism and decisive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or service-based industries, with at least 2 years in a senior management capacity.
• Demonstrated success managing remote or hybrid teams through digital-first collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom.
• Exceptional financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L oversight, forecasting, and budget management for multi-location or virtual organizations.
• Elite written and verbal communication skills; you must confidently influence stakeholders, conduct virtual presentations, and draft executive-level reports.
• High-speed internet, a dedicated home office, and the flexibility to work effectively across Eastern and Pacific time zones as business needs arise.

Compensation & Benefits
