About the Role

As Assistant General Manager for our South America division, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to execute operational excellence across our expanding market. • Monitor performance metrics and create actionable improvement plans

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years progressive leadership experience in logistics or retail operations
• Proven track record managing teams of 100+ employees across multiple locations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish with advanced proficiency in Portuguese preferred
