About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs across departments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and support remote team leads to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable systems for remote teams.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Estimated Salary Range

$58,000 – $85,000 USD per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. Performance bonuses and benefits may be offered in addition to the base salary.
