About the Role

What You Will Do

• Research, design, and improve machine learning and deep learning models for real-world AI applications.
• Develop prototypes for natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
• Analyze large datasets, evaluate model performance, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging AI research, including transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, multimodal AI, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to move research concepts from experimentation into scalable product features.
• Document research methods, experimental results, technical decisions, and implementation recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, scikit-learn, or similar tools.
• Experience working with large datasets, model evaluation, feature engineering, and experiment tracking.

Salary Range
