About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join our remote-first sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing advertising deals across multiple digital channels (display, video, social, and programmatic). Your primary focus will be on small to mid-market businesses, helping them maximize ROI through targeted ad solutions. This is a 100% remote position—you set your own schedule, as long as you meet revenue targets and attend weekly virtual team meetings.

You will receive a steady flow of warm leads from our marketing team, but also expected to generate your own prospects via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events (virtual). The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in media or advertising sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new advertising opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of at least 20-30 active deals
  • Collaborate with the campaign management team to ensure seamless ad launches and optimizations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas (typically $10k-$20k in new recurring revenue per month)
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital advertising best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in advertising, media, or marketing services
  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone and video (Zoom/Teams)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, PPC, and social media ad formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management; must have a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline management
  • Comfortable with weekly virtual training and team collaboration

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure. Typical on-target earnings (OTE) for high performers range from $80,000 to $120,000+ annually. We provide baseline commission on all closed deals and accelerators for hitting stretch targets.
