About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional post‑operative and acute care to medical/surgical patients across the United States. In this fully remote role you will conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, educate patients and families on recovery and self‑management, document all encounters accurately in our secure electronic health record system, and monitor recovery metrics through remote vital sign tracking. You will also participate in daily virtual huddles with a multidisciplinary team, provide real‑time clinical decision support, and coordinate discharge planning and follow‑up appointments to ensure seamless transitions. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Assessment

• Perform comprehensive remote assessments using video, phone, and electronic documentation.
• Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and recovery progress; initiate interventions as needed.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in partnership with physicians and care coordinators.
• Utilize remote patient monitoring devices to track vital signs and early warning indicators.

Clinical Collaboration

• Participate in daily virtual huddles with physicians, pharmacists, and therapists.
• Provide real‑time clinical decision support and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow‑up appointments for seamless transitions.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary case reviews to discuss complex patient scenarios and adjust care plans.

Patient Education & Telehealth Outreach

Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Credentials

• Active RN license in good standing within the state of residence (e.g., United States).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing, preferably in a telehealth or home‑health setting.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and preferably Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
