What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining DOT-compliant logs, inspections, and documentation
- Representing our network with professionalism at shipper and receiver locations
- Running your truck as a profitable small business with full backend support
Requirements
We’re looking for experienced, self-motivated Owner-Operators who treat trucking as a business, not just a job. Here’s what we require:
Mandatory Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable over-the-road driving experience (within the last 3 years)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements
- Registered MC Authority (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable truck or trailer meeting 2020 EPA emissions standards or newer
- Experience with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) compliance
Preferred but Not Required
- Hazmat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples endorsements
- Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or 10-4 Systems
- Prior owner-operator or independent contractor experience
- Reefer or flatbed experience
