The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas is seeking a Youth Development Professional in Gatesville, Coryell County, TX. This role plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates youth programs while fostering a supportive environment for member growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging activities that align with Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote program participation and encourage member involvement.
• Register new members, conduct orientation sessions, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and positive role modeling to youth.
• Ensure a safe, supervised environment during all club activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

Compensation
