Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy IIS‑hosted applications from kickoff through go‑live.
• Provide on‑site and remote training, consulting, and technical support to clients.
• Serve as a technical advisor on networking, Windows system administration, and software deployment.
• Own issue resolution end‑to‑end, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop best‑practice deployment scripts and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server (2012‑2022) and IIS configuration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, Active Directory, and security hardening.
• Experience delivering technical consulting or client‑facing support.
