Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of medical devices and components.
  • Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for internal distribution and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas following GMP and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical or logistics training preferred.
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or regulated industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and commitment to safety.

Annual salary: $62,254.98 (fixed)
