Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of medical devices and components.
- Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for internal distribution and outbound shipments.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas following GMP and safety standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical or logistics training preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or regulated industry.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and commitment to safety.
Compensation
Annual salary: $62,254.98 (fixed)
