Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive global executive compensation framework aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
- Lead annual salary, bonus, long‑term incentive, and equity plan design for C‑suite and board members across all regions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading complex compensation programs and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
