Job Summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Excellence & Enablement (USA Remote) based in Boise, Ada County, US. This senior leadership role drives commercial strategy, operational excellence, and enablement initiatives across Danaher’s life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial excellence roadmap to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and market penetration.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in implementing Danaher’s Continuous Improvement System (CIS) to drive measurable performance gains.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, and product launch plans.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing enablement organization, including sales training, analytics, and technology adoption.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track commercial impact and ROI.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across global commercial functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through operational excellence and enablement programs.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, customer segmentation, and digital enablement tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities; ability to work effectively in a remote, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.

Compensation

Base salary: $186,476.36 annually.
