Job Summary
Danaher Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Excellence & Enablement (USA Remote) based in Grand Central, Manhattan. This senior leadership role drives commercial strategy, performance improvement, and enablement across Danaher’s life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of commercial excellence strategies that increase revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement enablement programs, tools, and training that empower sales, marketing and service teams.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to embed Danaher’s continuous‑improvement system (Danaher Business System) into commercial processes.
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team of directors and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Represent commercial excellence initiatives to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial operations, sales enablement or business transformation, preferably within life sciences, diagnostics or biotechnology.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and process improvements at a global scale.
- Deep knowledge of the Danaher Business System or similar continuous‑improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication and influencing skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc or PhD) preferred.
Compensation
Base salary: $267,203.47 annually.
Location & Work Mode
Remote position within the United States; candidate must be based in or willing to work from Grand Central, Manhattan, NY.
