VP Commercial Excellence & Enablement (USA REMOTE)

This senior leadership role drives commercial strategy, sales enablement, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across Danaher’s life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial excellence roadmap, aligning sales, marketing, and operations to maximize revenue growth.
• Lead a cross‑functional enablement team to develop training, tools, and analytics that improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Partner with business unit leaders to embed Danaher’s Continuous Improvement System (CIS) into commercial processes.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making by establishing KPIs, dashboards, and regular performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial excellence, sales enablement, or related functions within life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue and productivity improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM, sales analytics, and performance‑management tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of collaborating with global senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
