VP Commercial Excellence & Enablement (USA REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial excellence strategy that drives revenue growth, market share expansion and customer satisfaction across Danaher’s diagnostic portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional enablement programs—including sales training, tools adoption, data analytics and performance management—to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product, marketing, finance and operations leaders to align go‑to‑market plans with corporate objectives and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of commercial excellence managers, analysts and enablement specialists.
• Establish metrics, dashboards and governance processes to track commercial performance and ensure rapid decision‑making.
• Champion Danaher’s culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and embed best practices throughout the commercial organization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement or business transformation, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and operational improvements at a senior level.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with experience leading global, matrixed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement frameworks.
