Job Summary
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Vice President of Client Relationships for UHC E&I National Accounts in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. Lead strategic client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client relationship strategy for national accounts across the UnitedStates.
- Lead a high‑performing team of account managers, providing coaching, performance metrics and career development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners – product, operations, finance and marketing – to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close multi‑million‑dollar contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group at industry events, webinars and executive forums to strengthen brand reputation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, renewal rates and revenue targets, reporting results to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, client relationship management or account leadership within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing national or enterprise‑level accounts with annual revenues exceeding $100 M.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or related) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $226,786.27 per year. Eligible for performance‑based bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, tuition assistance and flexible work arrangements.
