Job Summary
Ventura Community Partners is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to lead strategic growth and generate new opportunities in the homeowners’ association (HOA) management sector. This senior role is based in Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi‑year business development strategy aligned with the company’s resident‑centric vision.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnership and acquisition opportunities within the HOA market.
- Lead a high‑performing sales and development team, setting targets, coaching, and measuring performance.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to tailor service offerings to community needs.
- Represent Ventura Community Partners at industry conferences, networking events, and with key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed business cases, financial models, and forecasts to support investment decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting HOA management.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in real‑estate, property management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large‑scale contracts.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills with experience overseeing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $156,902.34 per year, plus performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
