Position Summary: The Virtual Care Center (VCC) provides rapid access to telehealth appointments for patients with acute medical conditions requiring same-day care. The VCC Medical Assistant is a remote role responsible for managing messages, handling telephone encounters, and assisting the nurse as needed to ensure efficient patient care and communication.
