Vice President, Product Management (UK)

Flosum is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead its global product strategy from the United Kingdom. This senior role reports directly to the CEO and shapes the future of Salesforce‑native DevSecOps solutions for mission‑critical enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for Flosum’s Salesforce‑native platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative, secure, and high‑performance features.
• Prioritize product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Lead a cross‑functional product management team, mentoring senior PMs and fostering a data‑driven decision culture.

Required Qualifications

Compensation
