Inskraft Inc is hiring a Vice President of Sales – National Producer to lead its nationwide expansion from Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL. This senior sales role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on production of anchor insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a multi‑state growth strategy to transform Inskraft into a national insurance powerhouse.
- Identify, secure, and nurture anchor accounts that form the foundation of the national book of business.
- Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing and operations to ensure seamless market entry and consistent service delivery.
- Develop forecasting models, track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of scaling an agency or division across state lines and delivering double‑digit revenue growth.
