Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global clinical research strategy aligned with Danaher’s growth objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of scientists, clinicians, regulatory experts and project managers.
• Oversee design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA and other regulatory bodies.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation and risk management to accelerate time‑to‑market.

• Mentor and develop senior research staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ph.D. or MD with extensive experience (10+ years) in clinical research leadership within life sciences or diagnostics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi‑phase clinical programs and regulatory submissions.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and global regulatory environments.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Danaher’s Continuous Improvement System (CIS) is a plus.
