Job Summary
The Veteran Fellow – Aviation Customer Experience Project Coordinator role is a 6‑month fellowship with Talent Management in Seatac, King County, WA. This position supports the Port of Seattle’s veteran transition program while gaining hands‑on experience in aviation customer experience projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Aviation Customer Experience team in planning, executing, and tracking project milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Provide administrative support for the Veteran’s Fellowship Program, including scheduling mentoring sessions and tracking career‑development activities.
- Facilitate communication between veterans, mentors, and corporate partners.
- Maintain project calendars, budgets, and resource allocations.
Qualifications
- U.S. military veteran with an active security clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, aviation, or related field.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project‑management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits & Compensation
