UX Designer

Accylerate is hiring a Senior UX Designer for a long‑term, 100% remote role supporting the College Board assessment authoring ecosystem. This senior position offers a fixed salary of $125,067.57 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive tools for educators, subject‑matter experts, reviewers and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and researchers in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve workflow efficiency.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and component libraries.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience, preferably in EdTech or complex enterprise platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions for web‑based applications.

• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working with cross‑functional Agile teams.
