Role Overview

As a Design Expert, you will collaborate with AI researchers to evaluate and improve model performance through design‑focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Author, review, and annotate technical tasks that assess AI model outputs on design‑related prompts.
• Develop clear design guidelines and evaluation criteria for AI‑generated visual content.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to iterate on model improvements.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve the user experience of AI‑driven design tools.
• Document findings and create concise reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in AI or tech environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design solutions and visual communication.
• Familiarity with design annotation tools and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a 20‑hour weekly commitment.
